All of Highland is in the Highland Cultural District. 50+ year old, income-producing buildings may qualify for a 20% credit that encourages the redevelopment in cultural areas.
The Highland neighborhood has 2 Federal Historic Districts. Redeveloping historic properties in these districts may qualify for another 20% tax credit.
